HOW TO APPLY
- Press Blur Puff applicator into mesh dispenser
- To lock in makeup, tap off any excess powder + gently press puff onto skin
- Dust any excess powder off skin if required
- To sculpt, press a generous layer onto targeted areas + leave to bake, then dust away any excess
